Mystery Kidney Problem, can anyone help?

Hello. Since I was sixteen my kidneys have been having constant Kidney problems. I don't get UTI's, the infections just go straight to the kidneys My first Kidney Infection took a week for them to figure out that there was something wrong with my kidneys. My temp had to be under servalence because it kept going as high as 106.3 F
Now doctors say that because they waited so long to treat my kidneys that my left one is really really damaged and my right one is semi-damaged. I've seen so many doctors in different states and no one knows why they are the way they are and why they keep getting infected. What does all of this mean? Will I be ok? Will I still be able to get pregnant? Does anyone have any idea whats wrong with me? I'm in the hospital at least 2 x's a year. I need answers.
