PKD

by JackieWeh, Oct 24, 2009 06:01PM
I am an adopted 43 year old female with flanking chronic pain on the left side.  Have been diagnosed with HBP, blood in urine and high protein in urine.  Also have had a recent ultra sound on kidney and bladder and shows the right kidney has several syct and a fatty tumor on it.  I am undergoing another ultra sound in three months.  Being adopted I have no family history, so I guess my question is what are the chances of PKD or should I be looking at other kidney diseases or other disease altogether that may be causing my symptoms.
