Parapelvic cyst

I had a ultrasound exam in 2006 and then twice this year (2008).  Unbeknowing to me the 2006 exam showed the presense of a parapelvic cyst.  It was again visible in the 2008 exams.  My right kidney was removed in 1961.  The cyst is present in the left kidney.  I have experienced long term discomfort like muscel soreness in the left flank and both front and back of the body midsection around the lower rib cage.  I also have a constant mild headache in the left lower skull area behind the ear.  Can the cyst be the cause of these symptoms?
