Pylonephritis, will it come back?

Just over a month ago I had got admitted to hospital with a high temperature, fever and flank pain. I had a kidney infection which spread to my blood stream which I then I was diagnosed with sepsis. I spent five days in the ICU, so all together, I was in hospital for twelve days. My diagnosis was pylonephritis, ARDS and sepsis. Over a month later I am still having a slight flank pain in my right kidney area (opposite one from last time) also I vomited blood the other night. Is there a chance of a returning kidney infection or pylonephritis? (sorry for the misspelling) Also I have no energy anymore and I am emotional unstable, pushing everyone away.
