Renal cyst,right side

Hi i am 48 y.o,married,sometimes i feel little bit pain in my rightside stomache. Heres the ultra sound report last october 2014,there is an exophytically located  anechoic focus in the right mid pole measuring 1.1x1.03cm. Kindly explain well,what should i do? Thanks a lot.
