Should I be concerned about 9mm hypodense lesion?

I had a CT scan of my abdomen performed and a 9mm hypodense lesion was noted in the interpolar region of the left kidney.  There was questionable enhancement however its small size precluded accurate determination.  There was also a 1.2cm hyperdense lesion found in the lower pole of my right kidney which did not demonstrate significant enhancement on post contrast imaging.  Findings were felt to be consistent with hemorrahagic/proteinaceous cyst.  And additional subcentimeter hypodense foci were noted in both kidneys which were too small to characterize.  Should I be concerned about these results?
