Sluggish kidney

What is sluggish kidney?
What is the treatment for sluggish kidney?

I don't know what a sluggish kidney is, but thought it was interesting enough to do a search.  This is what I found.

I didn't know that when a kidney was not functioning it could cause bags under the eyes and kidney stones. (which makes sense)  I think my kidneys are not functioning like they should.  

There is a test called a diuretic renal gram.  This test the function of  the kidney.
