Strange eGFR readings..

This is strange I went for a blood test in January my eGFR was 82 and creatine 1.14. Second blood test same Lab a month after eGFR was 95 and creatine 1.

Third test eGFR again at 82 with creatine 1.14 why would my kidney function flaculate like this? Is there something i should be worried about?

Bun was done. All good! BUN is an OK range.
