Swollen feet
My feet are swollen three times their normal size.  If they do not go down by Monday I will need emergency dialysis.  ( In my neck).  I am scared.  My doctor increased my water pills 5 fold.  Any advice?

Hi,

I know you are highly anxious about this. Take the diuretics ( medications that increase urine output) and limit water intake . Also it is important to take note of fluid input and output each day. You may opt to list down the amount of water or any fluid taken everyday. If you can also measure voided urine for output measurement. This will help your physician assess fluid retention.

Walk around and move about to improve circulation.
I understand that this scares you. Just take this one day at time. If there is any difficulty in breathing or any other symptoms then prompt consult is necessary.
