I am only a patient like yourself BUT I also have gallstones.  I have been told two separate issues .. but let me tell you when you have a gallbladder or kidney stone attack it is really hard to tell which is going on .. usually 24 hrs later I can tell better when I see what part of the body is sore LOL ... if the GB is not tender to the touch .. then my Dr and I know it was kidney stone related and vice versa.

Cheryl (calcium oxalate stones .. currently they say I'm stone free!!!)
