Trigeminal with procedure

Trigeminal with procedure

I ask that you please respond to my question so I may feel comfortable having a needed procedure for Interstycial Cystitis. Is it in any way possible when having a bladder hydrodistention for this procedure to signal the spinal canal to have a trigeminal attack?  I had an attack about 24 hours after having a hydrodistention last year, but a few that I consulted said it was likely due to the intubation process and/or using cipro, which I had never been on.  I would like to have a hydrodistention again under twilight anesthesia, but just need to know if there is any change the distention had anything to do with the trigeminal attack??

I am grateful for your thoughts, Kathy
