Ultrasound accuracy in the Type III kidney cyst diagnosis

I had an ultrasound on last week and they found an 18 mm cyst with thick walls. They booked instantly the CT scan.

After a websearch a thick wall cyst is classified as Type III in the Bosniak Scale, because of the thick wall, which means high probability of being malignant

Is it possible that the Ultrasound saw something unclear and the CT will show something else or is it highly accurate?
