Urinating Medicine?

I have been taking a lot of ibuprofen for a torn rotator cuff and have been for a while. I also take Tramadol daily for it as well. I noticed that my urine was cloudy (not an STD or UTI for sure) and it looked almost like the medicine hadnt completely absorbed and was just being dumped out.. I am just concerned this is because it is due to some type of kidney damage.. If anyone can answer this I would be very appreciative.
