adult polycystic kidney disease

I have adult polycystic kidney disease, I am 32 years old, hypertensive (140/90) with treatment.my mther family hade this disease and my mothe herself on dialysis.
my serum creatinin level now is 1.4 mg/dl and blood urea level is 50 mg/dl. its high normal according to the laboratory report.
i am on ( amlodipine 10 mg  1X1) and ( Dilatrend 25   1X1).
I am asking about if there is any new line of treatment to prevent the progress of renal impairment and to extend the life time of bot kidneys.
