bilaterial nephrolithiasis?

bilaterial nephrolithiasis?

I recently had a CT of the abdomen, Stone Protocol with the following,
1. There is evidence of bilateral nephrolithasis. Numerous calcifications in the pelvis, particularly near the UVJ. limit
detail. These are consistent with phleboliths, however, it would be difficult to exclude a tiny distal ureteral stone,
   particularly on the left.
2. Postsurgical changes, lumbar spine.
3. Approximately 4 calcifications are identified in the right kidney, 3 measuring 3mm or less and one measuring
4mm.  2 calcifications in the left renal collecting system, the largest measuring 3mm.
4.No definate hydronephrosis is identified.

Just what am I looking at in the way of treatment?  Do I need to do anything?  I have already changed my diet and drink lots of water and still the stones keep forming.  My doctor tried Urocrit to try and dissolve the stones and I had some very bad side effects from it.  He now says to call him if I need him.
