bladder burning

hello, i've lately been have a burning sensation after i use the washroom.
i went to the doctors cause i had back pain in my groin they said it might be a kidney infection but i did urine tests and everything said to be good but they said something was in the urine that kept expiring the sample.
im very confused i dont know what it could be an awnser from you would be very helpful

I know it is a "pain in the behind !! and bladder :/ " but I wouldn't let that stop you from getting  more tests run, I'd asked for blood work, a, C.T. scan and a 24 hour urinary catch.I dont know if you are a man or a woman but you may want to talk to your ob-gyn also.to cover every base. and write down everything!! even if it seems silly, I wake up in the middle of the night with hiccups and I itch like crazy, both are signs of kidney problems, who knew!!! I hope this helps! and be strong, I don't know how many times I just wanted to give up, and how long it took to find out what was really going on with me,best of luck! Puddles66

I have many kidney stones which often don't show on the tests then pass a few days later.  If all continues to be negative, you might look at interstitial cystitis.  You can e-mail me for links to info. since i have IC and am an IC support group leader
