cortical cyst in right kidney

My mother she is around 50+ is suffering from cortical cyst in right kidney and 8months before she has gone through checkup and the size of cyst 2.9cm. And then she ignored the treament. Sir i would like to know what r the sypmtoms and wat r treatment methods to cure without surgery.
