dialysis or transplant

if some is having 75% damaged kidney at present than one  should go for dialysis or transplant or continues the medicine.thanks in advance

A  Nephrologist (kidney Dr)  should  be  seen  and  discuss  treatment  options.
DIalysis  usually  starts  anywhere  from  10-15%   kidney function  left.
I  started  when I had  13-15%  left.

In  order  to  get  on the  transplant  list  a  person  should  be  at  20%  kidney  function   (  GFR  20%)

Meds  given  by   Dr  should  be  taken  at  all times  unless  instructed   not  to  by  Dr  prescribing them.
