drug side effects

by annsplash, Jun 20, 2008 06:31PM
It is very depressing to have to accept increased potassium and creatinine levels due to the prescribed avalide treatment for hypertension.
Is there someone who could advise ana reassure me regarding this.
It is rather frightening to know that the serum potassium level is up as well as the creatinine level.
Is there a way to reduce the potassium and creatinine other than stopping the drug.
I fell like not taking the avalide and may try this  and see what happens.
Please help me with this
Thank you
