eGFR 91 (AA male) Serum Creatinine 1.20 Should I be worried???

Ok so here is the long and short of it. I've started to develop a sensation in penis of burning. It was severe but has started to dwindle. I initially thought it was an std but I've had no other symptoms besides the sensation and it's been there a while off and on. No discoloration nothing else. It doesn't burn when I urinate just the sensation as I sit during the day. I got blood work done and I see that my eGFR is 91 and my Serum Creatinine level is 1.20. My eGFR in April was 79 and Serum Creatinine was 1.35. With the way that the sensation has gone I'm beginning to wonder if I've developed or had some type of infection. Or is this an STD? I haven't gotten my full STD panel back yet and my doctor hasn't been returning my calls. I've read up on kidneys causing dysuria or urethritis or even uti's. Just trying to get a read on what's been bothering me for a couple weeks. Thanks. Also I've suffered from fungal infections in that area before and I've applied things such as lotromin and anti itch cream. The only other thing I've wondered is if I've damaged it. I did apply alcohol immediately after a encounter I should not have had. But the encounter wasn't full oral just tongue with ejaculation. Brief but I also understand that all you need is brief for things to go wrong. None of my symptoms really match with an STD but they've matched more with something with my Kidneys. Just trying to get a read. Thank you.
