elevated creatinine-low GFR
I'm a 55 year old male for the past 4 years my creatinine level has been holding at 1.52, i recently did a CBC test my GFR  level was 48, all the other catagories were within the normal reference range,my blood pressure fluctuates from 135/84 to 145/88  is this been caused by blood pressure,old age or what,will i have kidney failure down the road
