I recently had blood work for an insurance exam that revealed a creatinine level of 1.7. It says normal is .07 to 1.5. I am a 47 year old male, 6' 170 and work out at the gym 5-6 days a week. (not sure if its related but i drink about 5 protein shakes a week and occasionally add creatine) Could the work outs increase the level or should i have follow up testing? BUN was 24.
