excessive bleeding

I was rushed to the hospital on the 25 of April after collapsing to the floor, I had a 6 cm stone lodged in my uretur tube  which caused my kidney to become  septic.  The Dr  placed a stent in through my urethra, and it is pigtailed. I've only had 1 dr visit since the placement  over a month ago,and an xray and actually the xray was first. This dr referred me to a different dr which is more then 50 miles away, I have no car have to wait till the first of June for yet another office visit  mean while stent and kidney stone are still inside of me .I've had excessive bleeding for over a week  now, and very bad abdominal and flank pain, not like  it was before with the stent in but worse. I still have the stone in the kidney and am still waiting for the appointment to have the lithotripsy which they haven't even scheduled yet.I called and he told me to drink plenty of fluids, mainly water. So doing as I'm told, I've been drinking about 4 liters or maybe a little more of just water a day along with other fluids, so I do not get water intoxication. I just feel like I'm getting the run around,  and the bleeding is frightening me. When I urinate the entire fluid of the toilet  is bright crimson red, I cant sleep because I cant get comfortable, and have 2 small children to care for as well. Is what this dr is doing normal?  Fluid intake is not helping the bleeding,the Ditropan  doesnt help the painI'm having. When  trying to explain that the pain I feel isnt like a spasm,I'm blow off.I just do not know what to do and this is not only taking forever to be done and over but is terrifying me.
