high creatinine

I suspect that my kidney function is weakened due to high level of the  blood creatinine.
I  went for the blood test and it shows that my creatinine is 120umolL   for male is 62 - 115.
I have my 24hours urine test, the result is as follows..

urine volume 2.50   L/24hr
Urine protein  6  mg/dL
urine protein excretion  150  mg /24hr

creatinine  120   umol/L
creatinine clearance   128    ml/min   97- 137

Do you think the above specification indicates that I have contracted a kidney disease?

Thanks

ckd depends on more than protein in the urine..labs also can be off..have them retaking say 2 times a month..mine was 1.0 1 time then next time 1.3....ur bun, gfr, among others account for the creatine levels...do you have foam in ur urine thats a sign of protein in urine...you need to recheck this at least 2 times then waite 3 monthes to see whats going on..if urs is that then others will follow like ur gfr rate anything below 59 is to be watched for a 3 month period...im a advocate not a m.d.

Your  creatinine  can  also  be  based  on your  height  and how  much  you exercise.
The  bigger  the  muscle mass  we  have the  higher  our  creatinine  will be.
So, if you're  tall and  exercise daily  creatinine  of  120  might  be  normal  for you.
It's hard  to   diagnose  you  with  just  one  test.  The  test  will have to  be  repeated numerous  times  within the next  few  months,  so  see  it  that  120  was  a  one  time or  if  it  stays  at that  #
