Hi there,
There are many causes of high micro albumin like diabetic nephropathy, kidney disease; high blood pressure etc.You will need evaluation like urine analysis and 24 hour urine examination to quantify the protein leakage. Nephritis also needs to be ruled out. It would have been really helpful if you had shared details about your symptoms. A clinical correlation with the test results is very important .Do keep me posted.
