kedeny renal cysts

do i have to have surgery i was told i have very large renal cysts on my left kedney im only 29 years old

How are you? Surgery will depend on the actual size and if the kidney cysts are symptomatic and are compromising other organs in the area. It is best that you discuss this with your doctor for proper management and to ease any worries as well.
