kidney multiple exophytic cortical cysts

please explain the seriousness of the condition below and explain in detail the condition and neccessity for treatment:-

1.right kidney shows multiple exophytic cortical cysts in the upper and lower pole,upper pole cortical cysts shows mild indentation of ivc.
2.left kidney also shows multiple exophytic cortical cysts ,the two large cortical cysts show internal septation measuring 5.9cm*6.2cm*6.7cm*5.8cm respectively.

me too have this kind of problem... 6.2cm in my right kidney... im worried to... i dont know how to react... i have a 5yr old baby.... who needs my attention and care... pls help me too

kidney cyst disease can be classified:
-hereditary type:  A- autosomal recessive   B- autosomal dominant
-accquired polycystic disease.

guess that the few large cyst shall express the second type. firstly you shall seek about the prognosis factor(s)
