kidney, urination

Hello , Im 23 years , from a year i started to feel that my left legs start to shaking and feeling some flashes when i wanted to pee . and directly when i go to pee the pain goes away . Also , I feel like if there is something moving or walking in my left back area maybe where the kidney is located , i dont know much about anatomy but i am feeling little pain in my back also some flashes from time to time . I made a normal echo to my kidney , liver but nothing found . Also , when i was 20 years old i made a surgery to my penis tube because the wire of urination was very thin so the doctor made a surgery and it was good . but 2 years later i made a scan for evaluation i founded that the wire was very closed again and i made again the same surgery . Nowaday , i feel my left legs shaking while i want to pee and also when i ejaculate i feel a little pain . So , I dont know what to do , which kind of doctors i should go for visit and what types of scan should i make ?

Sounds like you should see a Urologist. Maybe nerve damage was done during surgery? After all I suspect that is a very delicate surgery. You should definitely let them know your symptoms. Sorry I don't know what else to tell you.
