kidney failure with unknown causes and complacations

my cousin is in her 30's she has but in and out of the hospital for the last two years.  she has septic shock symptoms but she has been in ICU 20 to 30 times in the past two years and they don't know what or why the doctors and we as the family are now reaching out to ask for help any idea will help. she gets high fever, very low blodd pressure goes unconscious stops breathing has to be tubed this last a few days and she comes out just as fast as she went in. they have removed her leg thing the causes was there. ready for tranplant but having to wait until they know what is killing her she is ready to give up losing hope need prayer and ideas
