kidney malfunction.

I was undergoing a surgery for congenital hydronephrosis when I was 8 yrs old. Now I am 36 years old. 5 years ago it was discovered that I have a calculus/ stone in the same kidney at the very same part of the kidney. At that time I was having hypertension and the blood pressure was a result of the kidney malfunction. After the surgery the pressure became normal and now it has passed 5 years. Now I have again a pain in the same kidney and bleeding with urine so yesterday got a scan report. It says I have few stones again. The stones at this time are small and growing. I again checked my blood pressure and this time again I got blood pressure high. I want to know few more things and hope you will kindly reply me.

1. I am totally upset to see this periodical kidney problem. Is there any other solution for this instead of surgeries?
2. Am I supposed to face another surgery again?
3. I have this problem in my left kidney and when the problem comes I have a walking problem in my left leg as the ankle get hurts.
4. Besides that I have been suffering from pyorrhea for years. No treatments made it cured.  

Are all these inter connected? I am totally fed up of these problems.
