kidney malfunction

i  have my UTI for almost 3 years and i am tired of having antibiotics...is there something that can prevent it from recurring?

hi!..i haven't seen one but I've decided to consult what is really wrong cause it's not right to have UTI for that long right?

Well you can't really have a constant uti for that long but if you have uti's for 3 years something is wrong! do you see  a urologist or nephrologist?

yeah,i'm taking my antibiotic right now..but i don't know why still i'm having pain in my back area specifically in the right lower rib..i'm afraid it was my kidney..Btw,thank you for the advice i will try it and maybe it will help me a lot..Godbless you too..tc=)

has your dr. put you on a low dose anti-biotic to take just before bed?  This usually helps tremendously unless there is something else going on. Also, it is said that cranberry juice helps keep the bacteria from adhering to the bladder walls.  I have suffered all my life with them.  It's best to wash before and after sex, also urinate right after sex.  It helps wash out any bacteria that may have been transported to your urethra during sex.
