large parapelvic cyst 3.5 cm

I just found out that I have a large parapelvic cyst 3.5 cm in my left kidney and I would like to know what kind of treatments there are for such. I'm now taking Ciprofloxacin HCL 500 mg 1 Tab twice a day.Can you tell me if I will need surgery or not. I do have an appt with a Urology in Sept and I also have a small kidney small thats1-2 mm nonobstructing rightr superior pole renal calculus.I'm hoping that this medication will help and I won't need to have surgery on my kidney. Hope you can answer my questions. Thank You  Tom

these things that you sent to me, are these used to help with cyst that I hahve. I will be seeing my urologist this month and I hoping that no surgery is needed, so if I can find a medicine that can help I will try it. Thank You  Tom
