multicystic kidney-left & right, severe hephroneprosis

diagnosed bilateral hydroneprosis, right side very severe. Cannot exclude left side with multi cystic displastic kidney and right might have compensatory hydroneprosis. amniotic fluid level is normal. Third option could be ectopic ureter origniating from right kidney. cannot clearly explain why urinary bladder cannot be visualized the 2 rounds of ultrasound.
can you please let me know if this baby will survive.
