never ending pain!

Hi i have a question that i need some help on ..2 1/2 weeks ago i was rushed to the hospital in alot of pain in my abdominal area as well as my side of my up back..I was told i had a kidnay infection..I received  3 medications which were called was buscopan, apo-ciproflox and apo-ketorolac which help the pain very fast..But i should mention before i forget that i ve had unexplained weight loss my doctor cant figure it out and refuent bowls for a very long time.My doctor ruled out ibs but did not testing to make sure it wasnt something else ..he had givin me dicetel to help relevie the spasm in my bowls.The bowls slowy started getting better but when i had the kidney infection i noticed when taking the meds actualled help alot more better with the bowls then the diectel..So i stoped taking them..Im still losing weight and now i have a new pain.The pain started about a couple a days after the kidneys infection in my lower middle right side of my abdoman .I noticed when i had spasms which im going to call it i felt as if there was something pushing up from that side  where i had the pain .I know it sounds weird but thats what it feels like ,it almost feels like a a pipe type thing long and wide it feels so gross to fell.At first it didnt hurt when i touched it but now its starting to..I have pain when i wake up and go to sleep its always there.The pain also goes around the top of the pelivc bone to my left side but does not feel as bad as my right side...I should also mention 3 yrs ago i had a colonscopy for my bowls problem qhwich came back normal ..My doctor told me what he feels is a muscle i cant see how a muscle can hurt and last for over 2 weeks now..Im so confuse on what it could be..Hopefully you can give me some answers..thanks

Well i just go back from the hospital couldnt bare the pain no more..I had an ultrsound done that came back with a kidney stone in my kidneys.A cyst on my ovaries and liqud i cant remember where..Just givein you some feed back

i was reading my medical report and im sure it says some cc in pelvic..What does this mean i could be wrong ?

Hi, have you been investigated for TB, HIV etc? Please get ultrasound done along with blood tests like, IgM kochs, ESR, TLC to rule out chronic inflammatory disorder.

This could be appendicular abscess, colitis etc, hence examination by a surgeon is must. A course of tinidazole along with ciplox for 5 days may be tried after consultation with doctor for colitis.

I would explore the ovarian cysts more in depth. Problems with cysts can cause symptoms that mimic IBS and even bowel issues. Ask for a trans vaginal ultrasound next time you see your doctor....
I'm not by any means suggesting you have cancer, but when I was diagnosed my only symptoms were pains in my lower abdomen and a kidney that was backed up.

Thanks I will look into that.I 'am starting to wounder know if my cyst had something to do with my bowls ,because now they have changed,I have good days and bad.When i have the bad days i noticed my lower right side acts up to.Now recently my left side is starting to hurt not as bad but it still hurts my family doctor is on hoildays but im going to see another doctor in his office but it.I was waiting for a call back on my ct scan but when i called to see what was going on there was no mention in my file of the ct scan so nowi have to wait to see that other doctor about it.My back is killing more in my uppper probley from the kidney but hey i have a new symptoms of something else everyday..But thank you i will look into that ...
