pelvocaliectasia
hi can someone pls tell me what is a mild left pelvocaliectasia no mass or stones found in the ultrasound

what is the treatment for this?
please help tnx

Hello and hope you are doing well.

Pelvocaliectasia is dilatation of the renal pelvis and calyces without evidence of an obstruction. This could be a normal occurrence and is usually correlated with kidney function tests.
