phosphorus and urea

Hi, my husbands phosphorus serum level has come back slightly elevated at 151 mmol/ml which I think is 4.7 mg?? I ts the higher end of the normal limits. His urea came back at 7.1. His bloods were taken after fasting from fluids from at least 10 hours as he had only gotten up out of bed!! And the previous day he had gone for a long run as he does some exercise 2 or 3 times a week. Could these levels be only slightly raised and because of mild dehyration??
