protein in urine
i am 75 having diabetes for 36 years , insuline dependent for about 15 years ; blood pressure 135-150 & 60-70 ; all being attended . kidney disease for two years 448 mg/24 hrs . i am not taking any meats , min lentils .

i have seen the report of a study(published American Journal of Kidney Dieseases) that suggests consumption of fish(two servings a week) lowers abnormal levels of protein in urine in diabetics .
Do you think it should help me

i seen that too  omega 3  and fish will bring down creatine..but only if your not in renal failure
