request for O POSITITVE KIDNEY FOR FRIEND

my fathers friend wife is suffering from kidney failure. she was 40 she had already undergon kidney transplantation six years ago. Now its not working property so another transplantation is required now. Previously one of her relative donated a kidney to her. But now there is no possibility of getting kidney from any relative. so SHE REQUIRES O POSITIVE KIDNEY. KINDLY HELP HER. SHE HAD TWO FEMALE CHILDREN. KINDLY HELP US IN THIS REGARD. WE WISH TO KNOW ANYPOSSIBILITY OF GETTTING KIDNEY FROM OTHERS. WE ARE SO MUCH GRATEFUL TO YOU.
