somthing in my urine

i have ben sick for ten months now so weak i cant get out of bed and im having heart palpitation and arythmias.  all of this started almost immediatly after having a lithotripsy for kidneystones.    i am having lots and lots of amonia (ammonia) phosfates in my urine with  some stringy  mucus like material.   somtimes i also see very very tiny  dark specs floating around in it to.  very very small like a pice of relly fine sand.    i have ben to three urologist and i have showed them my urine sample that had so much amonia (ammonia) phosfates in it its looks like sombody put cake icing in it.  it had seperated and fell to the bottom the sample.  a ct scan shows that same kidney i had the lithotripsy in is enlarged at the top. and i have ben recheacked for stones multiple times and none are found i get soreness in my back near that kidney but no real pain like i had with the stone.  however with all of these symptoms the urologist dosent even seem to remotley think its an issue.   i am very very sick. there obviously is somthing wrong.   and this illness started right after the lithotripsy.   i strongly feel that all of these things are connected.  but my urologist cant give me any information about any of this. he relly seems like he shouldnt have a medical license to be honest. but with my insurance i have no ather options at this point.  in the even that my illness is related.  what could a lithotripsy do that could cause a severe illnes. and what could these deposites in my urine and amonia (ammonia) phosphates be from assuming its not benign.  thank you!
