Getting a blood test done in such cases is compulsory...And do check a count of the Creatinine level, BUN and GFR. They are the best tools for knowing your kidney condition

Hi, well this could be ureter stone, hernia, varicocele, orchitis, kidney infection etc. Do you have pain or swelling in scrotum? Get urine and blood investigations to find out the cause followed by ultrasound KUB.

Try anti inflammatory drugs along with plenty of fluids and also wear scrotal support in case of swelling of scrotum. If no relief is seen in 3 days, do consult doctor. Swollen lymph nodes are suggestive of infection hence a course of antibiotic is must.
