urea to creatine ratio meaningful?

urea to creatine ratio meaningful?

Recent blood test result:

        result reference units
Urea 3.5 2.0 - 9.0 mmol/L
Creatinine 79 45 - 110 umol/L
Estimated GFR 110 > 59 mL/min/1.73sq.

i calculated the ratio of urea to creatine, came out to 44:1
I read on the internet (wikipedia) this could be indicative of poor renal function and/or pre-renal failure

I want to know if that is true. Thanks.
