Definately go to the doctor!! I had urinary tract infections and they don't seem to go away.  The infection went to my kidneys and I can say that it was the worst thing ever in my life.  I was soo sick.  You can die from this so i stress to you do go see a doctor and let us know how you get on :)

Sounds you like you have a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection). Sometimes when they get bad you can urinate a little blood or even blood clots. Other symptoms may include the inability to completely empty your bladder, frequent urge to urinate, lower back pain, fever, diarrhea, or fatigue. You should see a doctor right away because the infection can spread to your kidneys.
Hope that helped and best wishes
