urine Acr result 107.4...but bloods normal help..so confuseing

Long story short....+2,3,4 for 3/4 yrs.pregnancy 3 times(2 babys) not been preg for 9 months now an protein still high.no other medical isues an my bloods i get told are normal.ultrasound was normal too (1 bigger than other) no sweling(slight in eyes in am) no high bp.no other problems....whats next pls

Turns out my bloods wernt normal after all! Gfr in sept was 97.now its 61! Due to see neph in a xouple of weeks
