urine output - kidney problems?

Hi, i have a chronic (back) pain problem for the last 5 years or so.
I am taking the maximum doses of Tramadol (400mg/day) + paracetamol (4000mg/day) for years just to manage the pain enough to get me out of bed.  

Yesterday i noticed alterations in my urine, so i've been tracking every toilet visit since then.
(normally 70%yellowish and faint but noticeable odor)
but
since it's completely colorless and odorless... Volume is normal
tried feeling, pressing places of abdomen and back(sides): no added pains (other than normal).

only a somewhat bloated feeling underneath left side rib cage (under the lowest part o/t rib cage)
!(but this may just be noticing something because i'm looking for something)!

should i be worried, or monitor some longer?
...nothing to worry, or ....
(was thinking perhaps a little vitamin B12 as it should discolor my urine)
