urniary excretion of potassium

I have episodes of low potassium with no obvious triggers that greatly impact my life for several days at a time. I take a prescription supplement now, but still have suprise episdoes. A 24 hour urine test (while off supplements) revealed that I excrete too much potassium in my urine, My nephrologist suggested adrenal gland problems and referred me to an endocrinologist---but my blood pressure has always been very low, so symptoms are not consistent with an adrenal gland dysfunction. I'm 49 and have no other health issues. Any ideas??
