what to expect AFTER passing a kidney stone

i passed a kidney stone about 3 weeks ago and have been experiencing headaches, nausea, fatigue, neck and shoulder pain and grogginess pretty much since (i have also vomited once- but that was after i took the vicodin they prescribed).  a physician has scheduled an MRI because of the head and neck aches, but i am wondering if these could be related to my body healing from passing the stone.

i passed a stone about 5 years ago and i remember feeling out of sorts for quite some time.
