Looking for low Oxalate snacks for diabetic

Looking for any suggestions on snacks that are low in Oxalate. I quit eating nut & pumpkin seeds, green peppers, and am looking for something  to munch on at night. I am diabetic so I am having a very hard time finding something, also have to watch my sodium in take....

Thank You Gary
