edema... do u puff up almost daily?

I get edema,,  legs face arms lately my torso also,, entire puffy,, sometimes its just arms, or legs n face that's most noticeable.. extreemly distressing, embarrasing and uncomfortable. Was really puffy and sick with kidney pain for Four days,, today like magic my face and torso only slightly puffy, legs back to skinny..
This puffiness equates to kgs on the scales, and almost can't squeeze into my usual clothes its so extreem,, I'm a size 8. Problem us to anyone that fine know m
