sore, achy pain

Hi all. I've been dealing with MSK pain since being diagnosed about 8 years ago recently I've been waking up in the middle of the night with my side and back being really sore and its painful when any pressure is applied kind of feels like when you push on a bruise. Has anyone else dealt with this? It usually only happens right after I pass a stone but the last stone I passed was over a week ago.
