Have a test to test hormones and full bloods and all possible blood tests you can have to make sure everything is working right, levels are right and not affected by the band, as there could be a reason for this change. 60 pounds is a good weight loss so don't be hard on yourself about that. With the fills/removals, it is a matter of trial and error before you get the band tight enough to not eat too much but just enough to have the small meal you are meant to have.
